Swimming Gala 27th March
On Wednesday 27th March 2019, the swimming teams took park in the Wantage Area swimming gala at Wantage Leisure Centre, and gained places in the Vale Final.
The Afternoon started with a freestyle relay with the boys’ team finishing 2nd in their race and the girls team finishing 3rd.
In the individual races we had 1st places from Nathan in the backstroke and Lacey in the freestyle. Evie, Charlotte and Evan all finished 2nd in their individual races. In the medley relays both teams finished in a very close 2nd place.
The final results were:
Wantage Boys – 2nd
Wanatge Girls – 2nd
Well done to everyone who took part and the best of luck to the teams in the Vale Final.
