Clubs
We are delighted to be able to offer a wide range of before/after-school clubs. Please ask at the school office for the current list.
Sports Clubs
These generally include: judo, rugby, netball, tennis, frisbee, water-polo, tri-golf and ‘quad kids’ athletics, and we compete in a range of fixtures both in and outside of school.
We are very proud of our sporting successes and the ever-increasing percentage of children who take part in a wide range of sports, leading us to achieve the Schools Games Gold Award this year.
Other Clubs
We compete in local and national Maths competitions against other schools and run a Robotics and Coding Club for Years 5 and 6. With regard to music, we offer orchestra and choir, and a Recorder Club. We can also help facilitate Musical Instrument lessons - strings, woodwind, keyboard, guitar and drums.
Previously we have also offered Cooking, Gardening, Science and Art Clubs.
Last year, pupils from Wantage CE Primary school experienced trips to the Vale and Downland Museum, Kilvrough Outdoor Education Centre, Court Hill Outdoor Centre, Oxford Castle, Wantage Library, The Bristol Sea Life Centre, Roves Farm, Hill End Outdoor Centre, Millets Farm, Winchester Science Museum and The Planetarium.
