Oxfordshire School Games Swimming Final 24th April
On Wednesday 24th April 2019 the swimming team took part in the Vale final at Radley Leisure Centre.
The team swam in both individual and team races against other schools in the Vale area.
In the boys races Zach swam the butterfly, Nathan the backstroke, Evan freestyle and Harry the breaststroke. The boys all swam amazingly in a very close competition. Nathan won his race and the team were all proud of him.
For the girls’ team Poppy swam the butterfly, Lacey the freestyle, Charlotte the Breaststroke and Evie the backstroke. The girls had lots of second place finishes in their heats.
All the children showed determination and fantastic team spirit. Both teams finished 5th overall.
