Chairman's Cup Tag Rugby Festival 22nd May
On Wednesday 22nd May 2019 the rugby team took part in the Chairman’s Cup at Iffley Road.
The team played their first match against Hanwell Fields which was a very close match, winning 6-5. In their second match against Larkrise the team won 5-0. During this match the boys showed amazing sportsmanship by supporting the girls to score the trys.
The last match against Brightwell was a draw in another close match which again saw our boys helping the girls and making sure everyone had scored during the afternoon.
The team finished a very impressive 3rd place overall. However for sportsmanship and encouragement the team shone through and impressed the referees, parents and me! Well done to everyone.
